The Kalibi Volleyball Club has taken a bold step forward in Ghana’s volleyball scene with the official commissioning of its new court in Kawukudi, Accra. This milestone event not only strengthens the club’s commitment to developing volleyball talent but also highlights the need for greater media coverage and support for the sport in Ghana.


GAVA President Applauds Kalibi Sporting Club’s Efforts

The commissioning event was honored by the presence of Ghana Volleyball Association (GAVA) President, Mr. George Tettey, who commended Kalibi Sporting Club for its unmatched dedication to volleyball development. He highlighted a key achievement—25 players from Kalibi Volleyball Club are now playing professional volleyball, showcasing the club’s impact on the sport. Mr. Tettey further urged the media to give volleyball more attention, stating that media exposure is crucial for the sport’s growth.
